Returns

We offer returns only for products that are:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective upon arrival

  • Incorrect items received

  • Missing items from the order

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Customers are advised to inspect their order upon delivery and report any damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect products within 48 hours of receipt.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lingerie and intimate wear

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Products purchased during special promotional campaigns

  • Condoms and personal wellness products

  • Adult games, intimacy cards, and experience kits once opened

  • Personal-use accessories and intimate products once opened

  • Any product where the original packaging, seal, or hygiene protection has been removed

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products and experiences, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including change of mind, personal preference, compatibility concerns, or dissatisfaction after use.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After reviewing the provided evidence, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A full or partial refund, as applicable


Exchanges

Exchanges are available only when:

  • The wrong product has been delivered

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.


Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used intimate products

  • Opened lingerie or intimate wear

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Products returned without prior approval from Vybee.Life

  • Items returned in a used, damaged, altered, or non-resalable condition


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or dispatched from our fulfillment facility, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged shipment.


Privacy & Discretion

All Vybee orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no revealing product names or descriptions displayed on the outer parcel.

For privacy and hygiene reasons, intimate products, personal-use items, and opened experience kits are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
